OUR STORY
Established in 2024, QRated is a "back to the basics" headhunting practice specialising in placing senior professionals in their next great gig! We concluded that the personal touch that was table-stakes of "executive and senior" search in the past was deeply diluted in today's modern digital, online and AI first approach. Along the way recruiters and hiring firms forgot that some of the best talent is actually busy being a professional and is not consistently looking for a new opportunity - How do you then engage with passive talent?
Secondly down the recruiting journey, conversations around offers , titles, benefits, compensation, joining dates etc. are often awkward for the hiring manager and the candidate and a "Real" Person, unbiased and balanced can make the process smooth and outcome based by helping mediate a good outcome for both parties
